[Request] Black Bullet - Tina Sprout

Lots of frills and laces and hairclips... I liked doing the hair and the gun but the frills were a lot of work and, being the perfectionist that I am, this takes more time than I probably should. Also, I am completely donion rings with laces, or anything that is thinly shaped (and long). There was a lot of that in my Fire Emblem Awakening walls. They're the bane of my existence; I feel like I never get them right.

Still planning on doing something to celebrate reaching 1000 watchers, don't worry guys!
